Shahab Riazi is the President of OPEN SV and is currently also Services Alliance Manager at SAP where he works with very high profile enterprise customers with deployment strategies and delivery. Shahab has 15+ years of experience in Services for Enterprise and pilot customers for newly launched products services. Shahab has extensively worked on designing service strategies for successful deployments of SAP and non-SAP products and environments. Shahab also has experience working with offshore deployments and service delivery for international customers. He has worked with customers on deployments in APAC (Japan, S. Korea, SIngapore, Taiwan and China), EMEA (Germany, Italy, France, Algeria, Egypt, U.A.E). Before SAP, Shahab worked at Mercury Interactive in the new product deployment and oversaw the remote and in-house service  delivery for the current HP tool BAC in its early days before HP acquired Mercury Interactive. Shahab also advises startups in his free time on aspects of product and service portfolio launch as well as fundraising. He has worked with pre-funded stage startups including efforts in software, mobile, security and analytics.
